Omnix is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address, phone (optional) and what you ordered.
• Account details if you register: email, name and a securely hashed password.
• Basic security logs (IP address, time) to protect the site.

Why we use it

To take payment, produce and deliver your order, give you support, keep the site secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who receives it

Payment providers (SumUp or Stripe) and delivery carriers receive only what they need. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the period required for accounting (normally 6 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing the email address in the page footer. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
