Returns & faulty prints

Custom items

Every item is printed to order. Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of ordering only if production has not started. Once printing starts we cannot cancel or take back items that are not faulty, because they are made to your specification.

Faulty or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, the wrong size or colour, or the print is defective (peeling, missing areas, wrong position):

1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos of the item and the problem.
3. We will reprint and resend it, or refund you, at your choice.

Slight colour differences

Printed colours can look a little different from your screen. This is normal and not a fault.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
