Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Omnix ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All items are printed to order. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price you pay. Prices shown are final; seller is not VAT registered. Delivery is calculated from the weight of your basket and shown before you pay.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Items are produced after payment, so delivery times include production time. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and your 14-day period

Because items are custom-printed for you, the 14-day right to cancel for distance sales does not apply once production has started. See Returns & faulty prints.

Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or the print is defective, tell us within 30 days with photos and we will reprint or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Designs and copyright

Designs on this site are uploaded by us or by customers who confirm they have the right to use them. To report a design, see Copyright.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card number.
